Overview
Something in Sandurna's tombs has been feeding. Where the desert's rats once scavenged harmlessly among the buried halls of the pharaohs, the corruption that seeped up from below has swollen them into something monstrous — the Infected Rats. Bloated with disease and old grave-rot, they burst from the sand in packs, their bite carrying a venom potent enough to drop a seasoned warrior, their very presence blighting the ground they cross. They are a plague on the desert's edge, and a sign that whatever the Sins left buried beneath Sandurna has not stopped spreading. Only well-armored, well-supplied adventurers should hunt them; the reward is real, but so is the poison, and the sands have swallowed many who underestimated a "rat."

Speak to the Traveler, go to Sandurna. Enter a hole alongside the shore head below follow the paths.
