Wilfred
Wilfred runs the Fishing Guild. Instead of gold he deals in commendations — a currency you earn from fishing — which you spend on fishing supplies, gear, and cosmetics. Your lifetime commendations also determine your Angler rank. He is found in a shed market at the Swamp outside of Freeport City, far west of Raptor City.
