Out in the deep desert, where the sand swallows the ruins of the old world, the Infected Hoarders roam. Once scavengers that picked the dunes clean, they were bloated and maddened by the corruption that seeped up from the buried tombs — now they shamble across the wastes gorging on carrion, too far gone to do anything but lash out at the living, gurgling "BURGhhh?" as they lurch closer. They hit hard and heal fast, and there is rarely just one; a careless hunter can find themselves surrounded before the heat-haze clears.

Once ordinary wildlife, the corruption seeping from the ruins has twisted them into diseased, aggressive creatures — the wolves prowling the treeline in packs, the bloated toads clustering in the humid wetlands below. Adventurers passing through Great Falls will encounter both along the approach to the ruins, making the region hazardous for lower-level hunters.
They are the desert's warning that the infection did not stay underground. Where the Hoarders wander, the sand itself feels sick, and the tombs below are worse. Seasoned adventurers thin them for steady coin and the rare demonic essence they carry, but only the well-supplied linger long under that sun.

Speak to the Traveler, go to Great Falls. Multiple doors will be found in this location

Go thru the door of expertise, north you'll find Infected toad in the jungles, south and take the stairs you'll find the Infected Wolfs.
